Consistent Bad Experience
I’ve been with Xfinity for many years and it’s like every time I have an issue I get stiffed out of paying a couple hundred dollars to resolve the issue. I spoke to two representatives today, who didn’t seem to care enough about their job or the customer and one proceeded to speak to me like I was a child and the second one probably didn’t care enough about her job took her her headset down or her phone and proceeded to speak to the other representative sitting next to her about me, and when I addressed it, she cut me off and immediately transferred me to the solutions department. Luckily in the solutions department a lady was helpful and pleasant and we came to a resolution but agents with bad attitudes continue to give companies a bad rap when it comes to customer service. Hopefully someone sees and can reach out to me.

I couldn’t even get started. The equipment they provided me didn’t fit anything in my home. So no internet. Can’t talk a human for hours and then they are from India. What a waste of time. I will never use them. Worthless company.
