Consistent Bad Experience

I’ve been with Xfinity for many years and it’s like every time I have an issue I get stiffed out of paying a couple hundred dollars to resolve the issue. I spoke to two representatives today, who didn’t seem to care enough about their job or the customer and one proceeded to speak to me like I was a child and the second one probably didn’t care enough about her job took her her headset down or her phone and proceeded to speak to the other representative sitting next to her about me, and when I addressed it, she cut me off and immediately transferred me to the solutions department. Luckily in the solutions department a lady was helpful and pleasant and we came to a resolution but agents with bad attitudes continue to give companies a bad rap when it comes to customer service. Hopefully someone sees and can reach out to me.

Hello, @user_5k201p. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had, so far. I'm glad you were able to get in contact with someone from our solutions department that was able to address the issue(s) you were having.

 

I appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of the incident you had with these representatives. This is definitely not the type of experience we would like any one of our customers to have. Please send a private message to Xfinity Support if you'd like to add more information to your feedback so we can forward this to our leadership team and avoid this from happening again.

I couldn’t even get started. The equipment they provided me didn’t fit anything in my home. So no internet. Can’t talk a human for hours and then they are from India. What a waste of time. I will never use them. Worthless company.
