Connection
I spoke with an agent a few days ago about my now service. I’ve been paying for it for 6 days now and have no service due to inactive cable lines. A live agent told me I would need a technician sent to me and then disconnected. Now the ai service isn’t working and I’ve called the number multiple times without being able to speak to anyone. I just want to schedule a technician but can’t get any help. Please someone from Xfinity help

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
