Connection issues?
I'm sorry, I have loved Xfinity for the most part. However, when it comes to connectivity, there is a huge issue with rolling crash outs. I pay for GOD TIER internet, and I expect to have it. The fact that I only have it 75% of the time is ridiculous. I pay good money to have great internet, but the amount of time I just "don't have service in my area" is becoming kind of redundant. I am tired of checking the site to see if there are rolling crashes in my area. I had to have fiber and everything installed in my area at extra cost to even get the internet to begin with. The fact that it doesn't even work all of the time or even most of the time is a little much to digest.

When did this start?
Is the connection issue on all devices or just one?
How long is the connection drop when it happens?
Does your connection come back on its own or do you have to perform any troubleshooting steps?
Do you have a separate router, splitters, amplifier or a Wi-Fi extender connected?
