Connection drops intermittently
My service is freshly installed. It started dropping and reconnecting as soon as the tech left. Internet goes out about once per hour and then reconnects.
I chatted with a support agent who "sent some signals" which ultimately did nothing but waste my time. The chat bot is ridiculous. Can someone open an actual ticket? As far as I am concerned, the install was not successful.
