Hi there, @user_sj5d85 Thank you so much for reaching out to us here on Xfinity Forums! I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with your connection dropping, I definitely know how frustrating connectivity issues can be. Have you tried to rest the modem by unplugging it for about 1 minute and plugging it back in? Is this happening when you are on Wi-Fi or hardwired?-Richard
