Connecting to Bally Sports through their App or online

Recently, every time I try to log into Bally Sports it keeps looping through me connecting my Xfinity account.  I go through the steps to connect my Xfinity account and then it goes right back to the screen to select the provider again.  Bally told me to contact Xfinity??!!  Anyone know how to help?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
