Connecting my services

I moved into my new place and had a service tech explain they had to burying the line from the box to my rv.  He said he had done this before and would schedule a bury request and would take 7 to 10 days.  That was on Nov 7 and since then I had atleast 3 other guys come out and even a supervisor come out and explain all the problems.  He hasn't gotten back and now another trailer had his line connected and now there is only one port left.  How can 2 people have there lines connected without any issues but I'm going on over a month.  I have enjoyed xfinity but now am stuck since I can't get line of sight with satellite.  I'm tires of all the excuses please get me connected
