Confirming whether I am in an Enhanced Speed Market

According to my internet plan specifications, I should be eligible for the "Next Gen" upload speed if I use one of the compatible COAM devices (CM3000). I want to confirm that enhanced speed is available at my service address before purchasing a new device.

Thus far I have been unable to connect with a chat agent to verify.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
