Confirmation that service is discontinued
Hello,
I would like to obtain confirmation via email that my account and service is being discontinued. I have called and confirmed with an Xfinity agent already that service should be discontinued tomorrow (March 31 2025), however, i didn't obtain any email confirmation or written confirmation yet.
I assume the next step is to stop autopay as well?

Very sorry to hear we are losing you as a member of the Xfinity family. Disconnection confirmations are sent to you within 2 hours of the disconnection being processed. We do not send confirmation prior to the disconnection. Disconnection notifications are sent to the primary account holder once the account is disconnected, not while the disconnection is in pending status.
