Confirm your mobile number is correct

For at least three weeks now I have been getting the email "Confirm your mobile number is correct. We recently sent you a text message but unfortunately it was not delivered. Please take a moment to check your account to make sure your mobile number is correct." Each time I have checked and my phone number on file is correct. When asked to confirm, this is what I see: Mobile Number: (xxx) xxx-1636 (the correct number) You can use this to access and protect your account, and manage text communications." And then the following options (no verify options): Manage Text Notification or Change mobile number"

I have called customer service and they verified my number. I am sick of receiving these emails and missing texts (assuming they're important)

user_qajneb Thanks for reaching out about your message concerns for your account. This would be concerning for me as well after confirming it's correct. Is this for 2 factor authentication you get the messages for? I mean do you only get the messages when you try to log into the account via the app or website?

@user_qajneb, If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
