Confirm move date

I'm moving and transferring my service, I have it all set up but I want to confirm my move date. I was put in an endless loop with the xfinity assistant and unable to figure this out. I have two accounts now and get very confusing prompts about which address I am "shopping for" and a lot of error pages. Is there any way to check what day my move is without calling? There were no agents available for a call when I last checked...

Let's get your account pulled up and start getting you taken care of. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
