Confirm Comcast Phone Number or Scam

Hello, 

I received an error message when setting up an account to move that directed me to the phone number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The customer service representative had loud noises in the background and was very rude. I called this number several times as I thought it was a legitimate Comcast number but they never seemed to help me with my issues. I am not sure what personal information I gave them besides my Comcast account numbers. Is this a legit Comcast number or a scam?
