user_6t1epp that's going to be specific to your phone or handset. That's not Comcast service related, but if we can get the make and model number of that phone there's a good chance, we can look that information up online. In general, you tend to call the first phone number and then hit the flash (or appropriate button) to start the next call while on the first call.
