Condominium Building Enhanced Upload Speed Upgrade Inquiry
Hello, I'm interested in finding out whether DOCSIS 4.0 or enhanced upload speeds are planned for my condominium complex. The building is currently limited to approximately 35 Mbps upload, while single-family homes directly across the street already qualify for 2Gbps symmetrical Xfinity service over cable.
Could you check whether my complex is scheduled for an upgrade, and if there's any reason that the upgrade hasn't been completed yet? Will an upgrade require coordination with the building HOA?

Good afternoon pikazap. I can certainly understand looking forward to the new technology with our network enhancements. We do not have a heads-up as to when areas will be upgraded. When enhancements are scheduled for your area though, text and email communications will be sent ahead of the work. You can also check out some more information here.
