Condo purchase - how to move internet service into my name

In order to get an account changed over into someone else's name, the current account holder and the new account holder must both fill out the account change request form which can be found here, and then go into a local store together to provide the additional documentation as well as this form. Alternatively, and in most cases, the seller reaches out to request a disconnect of their account. Then, you (the buyer) simply request to start new service at this address. Do you know if the seller is able to reach out regarding the end of their service?
