Concerns about Xfinity outside-plant infrastructure/a neighborhood pedestal.

Hi Xfinity Team,

This is not an issue with my home internet service. This concerns Xfinity outside-plant infrastructure/a neighborhood pedestal. I need the local field/maintenance team to inspect the pedestal and surrounding newly planted tree.
I need the local maintenance/construction team to inspect it, not an in-home service technician.
