Concerns about someone trying to get into my account
I've gotten 2 e-mail recently asking for feedback after contacting X-Finity and I haven't called in a long time as it is so hard to get to a person live but my question is, is someone trying to get into my account?

@user_s2hypb I totally understand your concerns and I'm glad to reached out to our team. There could be a few things going on. When you reach out to us online, XFINITY chat, calling in etc. it can initiate a survey for feedback.
Whenever there're changes made to your account we always send out a summary via email.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
