Computer is stupid
This talking to a stupid computer automated thing when calling Xfinity is STUPID and IRRITATING. It makes me listen to "her" options and asks me multiple times if she can text me a link even after I have repeatedly said NO. We should be able to have an option UP FRONT to speak to a LIVE agent. I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere...I HATE calling Xfinity. how can I get to a live agent on the phone??????
