Compliment for Outstanding Customer Service

I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for over 12 years now. Very rarely have I ever had a problem.  Today I called customer service to make some changes and ask a bunch of questions.  My customer service representative‘s name was Suzy.  I was so pleased with her patience, knowledge of the products and services, the competition among other things.

Sometimes I hear people complain about xfinity and I immediately tell them that it must’ve been a one time situation because I have had consistent excellent service.  This might be the first time that I’ve ever gone out of my way to ride a complementary post.
