Completely Taken Advantage Of

I bought a new home and setup an appointment two weeks ago to move and activate internet at our new house. I also setup an appointment to have an Xfinity security system installed. I had an appointment yesterday from 1pm - 3pm and the technician did not show up for to activate our internet and then an appointment today where they told me they would activate the internet and setup our new security system I bought from Xfinity. I called and they told me they moved the appointment from yesterday to today Sunday 10-4 at 8am. I came over to the house and surprise, surprise no one showed up. So not only did no one tell me they canceled my appointment on Saturday they didn’t show up this morning.

I have been on the phone all morning with customer service telling them they need to send someone out here and they continue to tell me they have no one available until next week. The way I have been treated and how this has been handled is completely unacceptable. We have no internet and no security system. I’m getting no help and I’m being told I need to wait another 4 days to get taken care of.
