Hello @user_6436dx, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I completely understand your concern about making sure the messages you're receiving are legitimate. It’s important to feel confident about any communication regarding your account or equipment. Xfinity does partner with a third‑party company that helps remind customers to return any unreturned equipment. This applies to customers who are disconnected, pending disconnection, or who still have disabled equipment on an active account. These representatives may contact you and request that the equipment be returned to an Xfinity Store or a UPS Drop-off location. If you'd like, we can take a look at your account to verify whether any outreach was made and also confirm exactly which equipment may be in question.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
