Complete Outage

According to the outage map on 5/12/26, Xfinity was upgrading our system and service was supposed to be restored by 2pm. (There were contractor's trucks on the street all day and they seemed to work on each box.) The restoration time was then pushed back to 5:45 but our cable/internet never came back on and the soonest a tech can come out is next Tuesday,  5/19. Very frustrating! Please help.

user_tohnpl Good morning. I'm terribly sorry to read of the service interruption. I would hope as I'm sure you do that the work that was completed would have restored your serivces. I know it's difficult when our network is down a few hours, I'm sure this is debilitating. I would be happy to check for a sooner appointment, but the best option we have is to set up the waitlist to see if a sooner appointment becomes available. I know the service canbe vital for many of our customers so I want you back online asap. Have you been able to set up the waitlist? If you mobile number is validated on the account simply text waitlist to 266278.
