Complete outage

A tech came out to my house less than two weeks ago [Edited: Personal Information Removed] to work on intermittent internet / TV outages we were experiencing.  It was mostly good for months before that, and since that visit, until today.

I am hard down internet, TV and voice.  Regular customer service has someone coming out on Friday, but also gave conflicting info about an outage in the area, which I don't see online.

Is there anyone I can talk to for a better idea of what is going on, or some options to fix sooner?

Ensure you are logged in

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
