Complete incompetence
In 3 days, I've spent 6 hours on the phone and on chat trying to get someone with any level of competence to help me with my plan only to end up with missing channels and absolute refusal to allow me to speak to a real manager. I'm absolutely disgusted and am highly considering other options despite being with xfinity for over 30 years. They do not value my patronage and I'm sure won't miss me when I get rid of it.

To those following.... had a back and forth with the team on the 1 on 1 chat. Was promised a call (not with a manager of course as they are apparently banned from calling customers) after 4:15 when I was off work. The "supervisor" on the chat said he'd set a reminder to call at 4:15. 3 hours later....not a peep. But they're appreciative of my 30+ years of patronage. More lies and lack of resolution. Disgusting.
