I am so upset with xfinity aka comcast. For the last week and half. I have talked to over 9 ppl. transfer with out being told. rude ppl telling me this is what my bill is. which was wrong.
So I called last yr to them. I told them I was paying to much for internet in my home when my neighbors were paying much less than what i was paying. with being on a tight budget due to my age. So my bill was changed to 45.80 internet only. nothing else.
SO last week or so, I was checking into streaming with them. I was told it will be 20.00 a month. I said wow thats great. Its is not a promotion for what i understand. then they told me my promotion for internet is over with. I said WHAT. that is wrong it is not a promotion. so now my bill is 99.95. I can not afford that at all. I was hoping it was 45.80 plus 20.00 then I was transfer to another agent. that one said yeah you are to pay 45.80 and I ask to make sure. they said yes 45.80 plus 20.00 66.80 a month. which I can afford. Then i was told about trading my cell phone in. it is 41.00 a month. i said that is a good deal. wasnt told it would be any higher than that. so I am ok with that. I havent recvd my bill yet.
I am 59 yrs old. been with this company 15 plus years and get treated like this. It is wrong. being transfer so many time. I know these ppl are over seas. I work for a good company and we dont treat our customers like this. no way. we would be fired and we have employees over seas too. And they know the rules.
I want corporate to fix this issue. I had enough. the chat i was just in I asked 3 times for corporate's number. she wouldnt give it to me. kept repeating your bill is now this. and kept doing that.
I will reach out to corporate and I hope they read these. I have never been treated like [Edited: Language] like this.
