Xfinity added a hacker phone to our account and they have control of our phone numbers and email accounts. Reported to them Aug 9..nothing has been done...they won't delete the hackers phone or allow us to do anything on the account..my checking has been emptied..they created multiple accounts in my name..changed all my logins..they continue to use my info..
