Complaint

I have tried to reach out multiple times about the issue of my Wi-Fi going out every single day multiple times a day. I constantly get thrown in circles with the AI assistant on the phone and on the app. I can’t seem to get in touch of an actual person. The only step I can think of next is going to a physical store and starting to complain there. I’m at my wits end. No one else in my apartment complex seems to have this issue. Can someone please get back to me

I can certainly understand how upsetting it must be to deal with your WiFi disconnecting multiple times a day while also having difficulty reaching a live person for assistance. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot this further. To help narrow down the cause, can you tell me whether any devices that are hardwired directly to the modem or gateway with an Ethernet cable are experiencing the same connection drops, or is the issue only affecting devices connected over WiFi? That information will help determine whether we're dealing with a WiFi-specific issue or a broader service interruption. 😊💙
