Complaint

I have no idea why I ever thought to switch to Xfinity/ Comcast. I had AT&T never had a problem. I switched over three  weeks later I’m still waiting For the cable that goes all the way across the back of my trees and to many neighbors to be installed. They showed up left all the cables thrown on the ground and left. I have been without cable since Thursday. It is now Sunday and they tell me they will be here on Tuesday to me. This kind of service is unacceptable if this is not cleared up and if I have one more problem. I am going back to AT&T. I have never been treated so poorly. They just do not care about customer service only about the money. Great they give you a big credit of about 20 $20 which is ridiculous. I’m without cable Internet or anything for almost a week? Your service is deplorable, either higher more people or cut your business down because you don’t know how to run a customer business obviously

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:  

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) 

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send your message
