Complaint.
Complaint !!!! I had a set time appointment today 5-7 I got off work 2 hour early to get home by 5pm. Bc I don’t work near home. I work 2 hours from home. Xfinity didn’t show up. It was a we’re running late. To me on hold for one hour to see where someone was at. To be told they wouldn’t be coming. I said I will not miss work again to come home for an appointment. So here’s to another 2/3 weeks of waiting for this error to be fixed. I’d like to have more than a 10$ credit. At this point bc it’s Xfinitys fault for the issue. For the delay in appointment. And for service that hasn’t worked to its satisfaction that I pay for for weeks at this point !!!!!
