Complaint

My Xfinity email will not configure properly with the mail app on my iPhone. It needs to configure to IMAP and it will not work. I need a specialist to help. I have spent hours in this with Apple. They are saying it’s the fault of Comcast. I need help right away.

lindago9, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I can understand your concerns and exhausing work in getting this resolved. We've migrated to Yahoo mail. Have you done your migration yet? When adding your email to your phone, you'd select the Yahoo bar and login.

We really need help with this. I need the email configured to imsp on his phone and have it working. I’ve spent hours on this. I’m exhausted from trying to figure this out with Apple. They say it your servers causing the issues.

lindago9, oh wow! That is shocking and very helpful. Years ago I had a customer who needed to login to their email on the web and insure their third-party access was enabled. While also verifying that, visit set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program. This will provide all the necessary steps to completing the syncing. I understand your concerns. The amazing news is, it is still accessible.

Apple has already tried that. That’s why I need this escalated to a senior specialist. Please do that for me.
