Complaint

I have been a customer for over 20 years.  I never had a complaint with service.     Currently the service is the worst.  I have been dealing with issues for over 2 months.  Trying to get a live agent is the impossible.

For the past two months.  I moved from Apartment to another.  The move set up was a mess.  I had to stay in my old address one week longer than expected.  The transfer couldn't be stopped.  They opened me a second account at the previous address.  When i arrived at my new address the service wasn't working and they started a second account here as well.    I spent around a total of 9 hours trying to get all of this corrected.      Currently I no longer have access to all of the movies I purchased.  I've called many times.   Very frustrating.
