complaint

I received one package from xfinity at my address which is related to previous tenant and then i called customer service, they told me to drop it in nearby store. When my wife went to drop it, sales person over xfinity store told her to talk to UPS regarding this package. Now, i want to convey messege that we are not going to do anything with this package as it is xfinity mistake. So now, you come to my address and get this package.

user_yh8ghi Thank you for reaching out! You should have been able to drop off the equipment to a Xfinity Store or UPS Store. The Xfinity Store may not have been able to take the package if it was unopened. Also, since UPS delivered a package to you that is not yours, you should be able to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-743-5877) to report a misdelivery and arrange for a free pickup.
