Work was done in my area last week and now my tv is pixelating. I called Monday morning and couldn't get an appointment until Thursday. Waiting three days for an appointment is ridiculous when the "upgrades" that were done caused this issue. I talked to a supervisor yesterday to try and get an earlier appointment and she promised to call me back in 30 minutes, it's been 24 hours and no call back.
I'm ready to leave and go to AT&T for their 5G
