Complaint
I have been calling regarding downed line which happened January 20 th. The line is still attached to my house yet with two storms has blown all over street and caught in snow blower and damaged it. I have been left on hold for hour then disconnected and now am getting payment demands with no repair service ever happening. I believe they may have come out to cut line from pole but left sticking in snow now melted and still loose line with no repair in sight. I will be requesting credit as had no service prior to them suspending it. no excuse for leaving unsafe unsecured wires in neighborhood where there are children and pets.
