Complaint

I want to file a formal complaint against an Xfinity technician. His Custer service skills are severely lacking. I tried to speak with a supervisor but wasn't given an opportunity or did he provide his name. [Edited: "Personal Information"] is my ticket number which was closed and an escalation was not completed.
