Complaint

I need to file a formal complaint against customer service agent “Mohd”. I contacted support to inform that I am not receiving the WiFi speeds that I pay for. He proceeded to turn my modem to bridge mode without warning or without authorization from me. This turned off my wifi and disconnected me from a very important meeting. He then disconnected the chat and I had to speak to 5 different agents to get my modem wifi turned back on. I need to file a formal complaint against “Mohd” for his complete lack of awareness, professionalism and lack of skill. This is absolutely unacceptable and has me contemplating canceling my XFINITY service due to poor customer service
