COMPLAINT
I'm just trying to get internet at my new address. I have NOW internet, so they aren't able to move my service. They also couldn't cancel my service, they just told me to remove my credit card info. I went into the Xfinity store and set up a new account and got a new modem. But, I'm unable to activate my modem because i have 2 accounts. I've talked to the stupid online chat for several hours - only going in endless loops. Since no one was able to help me, they told me they'd send a service tech out from 4-6pm and they'd give me a call when they were on the way. No one showed up. I never got a call. I checked back in at 8pm and started the whole endless, idiotic loop with the chat again and they keep suggesting the same things. I tried calling the customer service, but they cant help me because I have NOW service. This is absurd. No one is able to help me move? You;d think this would be a simple task. I've filed a formal complaint. I'd like if a REAL person from Xfinity would get in contact with me.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Update :spent another 3 hours on the phone with Xfinity. Talked to 4 different people. They just kept transferring
me to different departments and I had to explain the ordeal over and over and over again. Still - no one can help
me. The last department was the “security” department, the guy said he’d send a service tech out the next day. Guess what? NO ONE SHOWED UP. Again. The stupid chat guys from other countries kept lying and saying “he’s on the way” “he’s 60 mins out” why even lie like that?
im done with Xfinity. Worse customer service I’ve ever had. I’m not even trying to be difficult. I just want to activate my modem. 0/5 stars. Do not reccomend
