Complaint
I've been trying to file a complaint about the recent customer service I've received and xfinity makes sure you can't do that. You can barely speak to a representative when you have issues. Took me 4 days to get through to an actual person when 2 of my tv boxes stopped working. I've been lied to, hung up on, and had 6 chat agents open a chat just to close it without responding. Each time after I explained my issue. Last chat agent said they'd schedule a super visor call for me and I'd get that call in 10minutes. It's been 4hours since that. No call. This past week has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company in my life.

To send a Direct Message:

I am having the same issue. When I called about new service it took me 7 min. I have called for 2 days and only get AI chat ppl. They suck! Over it
