Complaint

I am looking to file a complaint about one of the representatives on that I spoke to on the phone. They were extremely unhelpful, signed me up for the wrong plan, and took entirely too long to resolve an issue that seemed very routine (1 hour). I spoke to a second representative and they were able to solve my problem in 20 minutes as well as fixing all of the mistakes the last person created.
