I have been trying to contact comcast for weeks.  The system is terrible.  I think they make it this hard so you give up!!  I subscribe to MLB station. But must be in a blackout area.  I call for refund which took sooo long.  When I reached them they can only refund me $ 60.00 for an $80.00 charge.  I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW CABLE COMPANY..  If you are thinking about Comcast I would definitely reconsider!!
