Complaint
I was involved in a scam with xfinity. I called to make a payment arrangement. I pressed 1 to have someone call me back. A William Hines called me back saying he was from xfinity. He did the payment arrangement and said I need to call him back when I was ready to pay. I did this. My option was to pay thru PayPal. I paid 250. Dollars. I thought I was all set. That was Jan 11 th I think. They I went to go pay my bill in February which my services were disconnected. I could not pay with a card because xfinity said my bank declined 2 times to be paid. That wasn't even my bank. So I paid my overdue balance. Then xfinity shut me off again this past Saturday. Apparently this is under investigation. Xfinity will not put my internet back on. This was not my fault. I work from home and cannot work with no internet. Know one at xfinity will help me get my internet back on
