Where can you file a formal complaint. Xfinity has websites that are difficult to navigate (that is one complaint). Especially when it comes to actually getting help. I tried to get a new phone to work with a new sim card and because i was already a customer that was very difficult to find the right path.(complaint 2) I ended up calling customer service and they told me my phone would be working today. Newly purchased phone and a new sim card. That is not what happened (complaint 3) The CS person then would not actually answer my questions. Instead would dance around them like a scam artist (complaint 4) He then told me he had to send me a new sim card and he promised i would get in in 24 to 48 hours (LIE!) Still refused to answer my questions. I got the tracking for the SIM card. My call to CS was on the 14th and estimated delivery is the 20th. (last SIM card took 7 days)(complaint 5 )

The online help messaging never gives you a live agent even though it says it will. (complaint 6 ) I had to call in multiple times to finally get an agent that could actually fix the problem of my accounts not being linked together. (complaint 7 ) Yay for the CS agent that finally solved that problem. She needs to train the other agents on proper CS. Another positive is I have never gotten sales calls on either of the 2 numbers I have from Xfinity, which I interpret that they do not sell my number to other companies. Customer service is important to Xfinity customers. No one wants to feel like they are being scammed, no one wants to be lied to. We can tell when we are being BSed. This may be more common in other countries (I have lived in other countries, I do know) but, should not be acceptable in the U.S. Well, anywhere really, but, Comcast/Xfinity is servicing the U.S. Be Comcast not Concast.

Haha...well, you finally got your answer...but just try to cancel the service!  Xfinity makes it impossible to get ahold of them.  You cannot quit without talking with an agent, then they will never allow you to connect to them.   [Edited: "Inflammatory"].  [Edited: "Solicitation"].  I found a new service for one third the price and same performance, and am NEVER going back [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
