I'd like to register a complaint. I received a phone cal todayl, and the caller ID said "Lowell General" which is a very large emergency hospital near me. I quickly answered the phone, heart racing. The voice on the other line was a Comcast recording, starting off with "Dear Comcast Customer...." I'm extremely disturbed that Comcast would stoop that low by using a hospital name as their caller ID.

The call was likely made by a scammer. Scammers can fake any caller ID they want. Never trust caller ID.
