Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Frequent Internet Service Interruptions

Dear Xfinity Customer Support,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experiences I’ve had with your internet service and technical support team.

Over the past several weeks, I have encountered frequent and unexplained internet disconnections, particularly during standard business hours. These interruptions have significantly disrupted my ability to work remotely, attend virtual meetings, and meet critical deadlines. As a paying customer relying on your service for professional obligations, this level of instability is unacceptable.

In addition to the technical issues, I have also experienced unprofessional behavior from your technical representative on 10/28, I was met with dismissive attitudes, lack of accountability, expecting to give better feedback, abrupt call terminations without resolution. This conduct not only fails to address the ongoing service issues but also reflects poorly on Xfinity’s commitment to customer care.

I urge you to take the following actions:

Investigate the cause of the recurring service outages in my area and provide a clear explanation and resolution timeline.
Review the conduct of your technical support staff and ensure proper training and accountability measures are in place.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
