Complaint regarding appointment issue

I recently moved to NH. I had Xfinity in Maine. The tech did not come to my address as requested to install my internet. I called tech support twice, spent over 1 hour on hold and was given a next day appointment due to working from home. The now second day in a row, no one has shown for the appointment.
