Complaint on employee jay employee number [Edited]

I want to file a complaint against this employee for their behavior unprofessional conduct taunting me saying sorry you can’t pay your bill and repeating it when I called to restore my service I have cancer and was hospitalized and got behind on my bill and his response was rude and shouldn’t have the manager postion they should be died from misconduct and they are 100 percent the cause and reason why I will not continue service with Xfinity and why I will never do business with them and will advise anyone not to do business worth them as they hire these individuals to disrespect customers insult them and after being lied to mis lead but customer service i recorded the phone call and I will take this as far as I can I want this individual unemployed the absolute worse person I have ever had to deal with they should unemployable Xfinity should be absolutely ashamed of this individual conduct because I won’t be the only customer lost my entire family has service with them and will be going else where

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

On July 17, 2026 I arrived at an xfinity store just as it opened i ask the employee to down grade my package to what I once had without looking up my account he stated that if I signed up for it it would not be changed he only ask for my name but did not look it up he is a Latino male I live in Eggharbor City,NJ,08215 so I believe your xfinity store is close by this needs to be address and I will go to this store to speak to his supervisor
