I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. I am a diamond member because I’ve had Xfinity for several years. My rates continued to increase substantially to the point I was paying nearly $400 per month. I called to cancel services with the exception of internet. New customers can lock in the same service I have for 100 per month (5 years), but I have to pay 140 per month and they will lock in the rate for 1 year only. I spoke to three different customer service reps and were helpful. One left me on hold for so long I presume she was taking her lunch break. There was no attempt to retain me as a customer. Since I left a bad review on the survey provided after, someone called and left me a message. Of course, there was no call back number and they indicated they would call me back, but no surprise this hasn’t happened. I am sure they were just checking it off the list. It is beyond disappointing that Xfinity does not value long time customers at all.
