complaint from ME
I have contacted24/7 troubleshooting at 1 800-934-6489 Twice today for them to try to get my husband's email account functioning, after 2 hours I got a response that it was fixed! This however was not the case. I then called back again, and the representative said the email was closed due to inactivity. My husband used this account for at least 10 years! He was unable to access it for about 3 weeks. How can you cancel an email account which has been used for many years in just 3 weeks? The reason for inactivity was he could not access this account. Is this the way you HANDLE LOYAL CUSTOMERS? There are several REASONS PEOPLE MAY NOT Access an account - travel, hospitalizations etc. It was again stated that the email would be fixed in about 3 hours. This is not the case His email is [Edited: "Personal Information"] PLEASE respond and fix this. [Edited: "Personal Information"]
