After failed attempts to talk with "New Account" rep (in India), chatting on your site, and other online searches, I visited your Federal Way store with a simple request to get hooked up to internet in my new home (new construction).
The rep at the store assured me it would only be a few days. No action was taken because ‘they couldn’t identify my address’ as I learned from a sales rep who randomly made a sales call to my house (yes, the house they couldn't identify). Of course, he blamed everyone but Comcast.
It took several days, but, I finally got the ‘your address is serviceable’ notice. I signed up for service, authorized the account and was ready to be connected. A tech scheduled to turn it on a few days later. On 8/23 the tech came out and told us that, although the builder provided the conduit run, Comcast had not yet pulled the cable to our house.
. After more than a month, still no internet.
The tech said he would put in a ticket to get it done ‘expeditiously’. A week later, no schedule and today I got the first message (after several attempts to contact the sales rep at the store, the field sales guy and the tech) that the ticket is in (that's all, the ticket is in). Oh, I did get one message from the field guy who told me I should be grateful someone was helping me. This kind of help I don't need.
That’s the short version, now I’m done with the excuses from and hoping you have more influence.
My business (RE agent) is suffering w/o internet. I really need action since comcast is my only alternative.

Hello, @user_0fpecx
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
