Complaint Department

Hello,

I have a complaint about a supervisor who would not honor my previous cancelation request because there was "nothing annotated" in my account for it. I did not utilize the service at all so it would be nice to get some credit back for that. She said that although I never used the service and tried to cancel there was nothing she could do. So I asked who could do something and she said I had reached the end of the available escalation. Her name is Ellie <not going to give her last name here> and she did not seem like she even wanted to entertain the idea of helping me out even though I've been with Xfinity for 4 years now. Could Xfinity please honor my refund? Who do I need to speak with regarding this?

Hello Dtryder! Thank you for coming to our community forums for help with your recent service disconnect, and know we're here for you. More than anything, we don't want you to be charged for any services you were not using, so we'd be happy to review your account further and make any needed adjustments so long as it falls within our 120-day billing dispute window 👍

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
